The download includes the 4 cards shown - in single jpeg format. You not only get the card fronts in separate files but also each card - front and back - in one jpeg. You also get 2 ready to print jpegs each containing 2 cards.
These can just be printed out as is on cardstock or photo paper then cut and folded.
